Position Overview:

As a professional carpenter, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality rough framing and finish carpentry across residential and hospitality-grade projects. You’ll collaborate with our crew to deliver work that’s structurally sound, visually refined, and culturally respectful.

Responsibilities:

• Perform layout, cutting, and assembly of framing components per plan and code
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and custom millwork with precision
• Interpret blueprints and scopes with clarity and proactive communication
• Maintain jobsite safety, tidiness, and workflow alignment with subs and crew
• Uphold craftsmanship standards that reflect our commitment to legacy-grade builds

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in both rough framing and finish carpentry
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, layout systems, and material specs
• Understanding of building codes, ICC standards, and compliance practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative crew
